We roast green coffee from exclusively BC suppliers, all beans are above fair-trade prices, and when possible organically grown and from women-owned coffee co-ops. We then carefully craft-roast these remarkable beans in small batches.
Inspired by the outdoors, we've borrowed the alpine trail marking system to indicate the roast level (green circle = lighter / blue square = medium / black diamond = darker). There's a roast for all coffee connoisseurs.
